The Gyraf G23-S stereo tilt EQ sounds really special. The solid state amp sounds crisp and 3D and the tube amp sounds soft and pleasant - I was surprised at how much of a difference the two amps made, and how each one worked especially well in different applications.
The tilt feature is wonderful of course, and uber-transparent but I found the three broadband bells to be even more useful, these are extremely musical and colorful in a "deluxe" kind of way. I bought this EQ for mastering work, but actually fell in love with it for tracking and mixing instead. I can't afford to keep it around right now, so it's gonna go unless I stumble into a bag of money in which case it stays.
This EQ was purchased new earlier this year. It has some rack rash along the top faceplate which is not visible when racked.
