This is an original "Guitar Center-Era" Oktava MC-012 with all three original capsules (omni, cardioid, hypercardioid) and a very special one-of-a-kind custom-made nickel diaphragm cardioid capsule built by John Peluso. The Nickel capsule sounds fantastic, a noticeable improvement in top end (smoother) and totally insensitive to humidity.
The mic comes with it's original plastic case, original clip, and the screw-on -10dB pad.

The recording below was made entirely using only the MC012 with the nickel capsule on each instrument. This is our second original Microphone Jingle, written and performed by Lewis Rogers. There is no processing on any of the tracks.
